Loading

  • No dairy: milk, cheese, butter, yogurt, cottage cheese, ice cream, cookies w/dairy, cakes w/dairy, salad dressings w/dairy, milk chocolate, coffee creamers w/dairy, whipped cream, mayonnaise, bread w/dairy, etc.
  • No beef, steaks, pork, etc. This also includes processed meat products like hot dogs, sausage.
  • No Lab meat…aka Cultivated or Cultured
  • No Chicken eggs
  • No GMO: genetically modified crops such as corn, soybeans, rice, oats, wheat, potatoes, tomatoes, canola, sugar beets, etc. You may also want to avoid products made from these crops, such as corn syrup and soy-based products like tofu.
  • No pork: pork chops, bacon, ham, sausage, etc.
  • No seafood: shrimp, lobster, crab, clams, oysters, mussels, calamari, scallops, etc.
  • No Large portions of food in one sitting.
  • No Plant Based Meats
  • No Cooking oils list. Canola, Sunflower, Shortening, Corn, Rapseed, Soy, Cottonseed
  • No Fast Food
  • No Pacific ocean food (Excluding Alaska and South Pacific)
  • No Food bank
  • No Microwave
  • No soda drinks: sugary carbonated drinks like cola, lemon-lime soda, and root beer. You may also want to avoid diet sodas, which often contain artificial sweeteners.
  • No Toothpaste with Fluoride 
  • No Artificial sweeteners; acesulfame-K, aspartame, neotame, saccharin, and sucralose
  • No candy: sweet treats made primarily from processed sugar, corn syrup, fructose; such as  gummy candies, jelly beans, hard candies, candy bars
  • No Jello or Non-Organic Gelatin
  • No tap water: if you’re concerned about the quality of your tap water, you may want to invest in a water filtration system or opt for bottled water instead.
  • No Synthetic fructose found in candy, food, shakes etc.
  • No corn syrup: a sweetener made from cornstarch, and it can be found in many processed foods like baked goods, cereal, and soda.
  • No whey: a protein found in milk, and it is often used in protein supplements and other dietary products.
  • No bioengineering: any foods that have been genetically modified, as well as any products made with genetically modified organisms.
  • No creatine: a popular supplement used by athletes and bodybuilders to improve athletic performance.
  • No synthetic testosterone: any supplements or other products that contain man-made versions of the hormone testosterone.
  • No PEDs and steroids: any performance-enhancing drugs, including anabolic steroids and other substances that are banned in most sports.
  • No beer: all types of beer, from light lagers to heavy stouts.
  • No excessive alcohol: you may want to limit your intake of all types of alcoholic beverages, including wine and spirits.

  • No metal-based antiperspirants or deodorants: this includes any products that contain aluminum, such as many common antiperspirants and deodorants.

  • No toxic metal-based makeup: some types of makeup contain toxic heavy metals like lead, which can be harmful to your health.
  • No drugs: this includes illegal drugs as well as prescription drugs that are not medically necessary for you. It’s important to always follow your doctor’s recommendations and only take medications as directed.
